This shop is excellent. They will not rip you off, period. Fair prices. Great mechanics. The folks at the front desk...all of it. In my opinion, IN collision is the best auto repair shop in the area!

I can't say enough good things about this place!!! Travis, joe and crew always take care of any mechanical needs. They always make sure I know what's going on and what is coming up. Now for Scott, Will and Dan. I got into a minor fender bender and i got ahold of Scott about dropping my car off. The answer is always, absolutely bring it down. Got the car there and was greeted by Dan a new face in my experience but was very courteous and jumped right in to help me. We got the car checked in and that is when the insurance company didn't want to get me into a rental. Dan hoped on the phone got everything setup and got me to Enterprise (it was right down the road). From there the rest was history. I got my car back in PERFECT condition (Tony is one of the BEST painters I have ever seen). They always go above and beyond in every aspect of taking care of cars AND customers. Thanks again for another job well done guys!!!!

At IN Collison they get it and GENUINELY do all they can to help. They take excellent care of our older cars as well as our newer ones. Our whole family goes there. They make the calls and do the leg work with insurance companies to get the repairs covered. They know sometimes we don't have the money and help us figure out what has to be done to stay safe today...and what can wait. Good, honest, hardworking people there helping other good hard working people. You can't ask for better than that.

After hitting a dear, and sustaining massive damage to my car ($9000), I did my research and decided to take it to IN Collision. It was the absolute best decision! Even though they were out of my car insurance's "network" they worked directly with my insurance company and everything went smoothly. The car looks great, and Dan at IN Collision was extremely easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend them for car repairs or body work!

Awesome shop! I brought my car to them at the end of the work day, and they had it back to me after making major repairs by the end of the next day. They gave me a super detailed inspection, with a breakdown of every issue ranging from the most minor to things that need to be addressed very soon. The entire list is accessible from my phone too with pictures and videos of everything. Price was fair too compared to other corporation style shops. Just great overall, happy to give them my business.

Great experience from start to finish. Matthew was such a pleasure to work with. He was honest about what repairs were needed given our situation. Prices given for repairs were reasonable and transparent. They were quick with communication and didn't leave us hanging. While this car didn't get repairs l, we will be taking our next car there for a check up, and continue to use these guys for our car repair needs.

I take my car here for mechanical issues, but let me tell you about their collision and body department. My car was completely scratched and they were able to take almost 100% of the scratches away. When they first looked at my car, they said "we can get most of it out", but Wow! When I got the car back, it looked like new.

Second time working with scott, Different vehicle and honestly i'm more than pleased with the outcome, always friendly and fixed my girls car faster than expected and the outcome is always fantastic. I definetly recommend bringing your car here for either collision work or auto repair you won't be disappointed

Brought my vehicle here. Thought it was the alternator. Found out that it was a serpentine belt that broke. Matthew did everything to make me feel comfortable, to reassure me that he will work with my warranty and everything will be handled professionally. I was very impressed on how he kept in contact with me. Sent me pictures of everything in detail and even when a small little mishap happened, he was quick to get in touch with me. They were able to repair it quickly. Definitely going to come back for any other repairs. I'm very happy I was referred to this place. Great job, crew!
